Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. In the rare case you receive your order in faulty condition or an incorrect item, an exchange will only be possible if piece(s) are in the original condition you received them- clean, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and liner in place. If this is the case, do reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind. We offer exchanges for improper fit only if you reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide us with accurate measurements to avoid fit issues with your new item(s). Unfit pieces must be sent in original condition as stated above or we cannot follow through with an exchange.
If you are unsure of your size, measure yourself accordingly and refer to our size guide. We welcome and encourage you to email/message us with any additional information that may ensure a better fit after placing your order! Currently, standard shipping will ship as USPS First Class Package (averaging about 3-7 days) for $6.00. Expedited shipping will ship as USPS Priority Mail Package (averaging about 1-3 days) for $9.00. All orders come with tracking which will be sent to you via the email you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once they are shipped. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages as shipping delays are beyond our control- especially now, due to COVID19.
Handmade Disclaimer
The piece(s) you receive may vary slightly from product images, as a result of them being handmade. The beauty of this is that although they may have inconsistencies and slight differences to another, your piece(s) are truly unique and one of a kind- made just for you.
All swimwear orders have an average processing time ranging between 7 to 21 business days (or sometimes longer during peak season). BAYONÉ is a one woman business so keep please be patient and keep this in mind. The wait is so worth it! Please also note that once an order is placed, it is put directly into production and cannot be cancelled, modified or undone. This is why we highly recommend double checking size, color, and style selected before proceeding to checkout.
