Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges/store credit are possible if piece(s) are in the original condition you received them- clean, unworn, odor free with tags attached and liner in place. Reach out to us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange.

If you are unsure of your size, refer to our size guide and measure accordingly. We encourage you to reach out to us with any additional information that will ensure a great fit!

We do not accept any type of returns, exchanges or refunds on our exclusive silk scarves. These pieces are final sale.

 

 Standard shipping will ship as UPS ground (averaging delivery in about 2-5 days) for $8.00. Expedited shipping will ship as UPS 3 Day Select (averaging delivery in about 1-3 days) for $12.00. All orders come with tracking which will be sent to you via the email you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once they are shipped. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of packages as shipping delays are beyond our control.

All swimwear orders have an average processing time ranging between 7 to 21 business days (or sometimes longer during peak season). BAYONÉ is a one woman business so please be patient and keep this in mind. The wait is so worth it!
